Give me a woman who loves beer and I will conquer the world.

Our History

A BIG dream brought to life!

Beer lovers for many years, Robby and his wife Corinne brewed their « precious nectar » in their typically Swiss chalet in Morgins. Equipped with a 20 litre homebrew system, lots of passion, and even more patience, they were able to develop their own personal touch to brewing.

Over time, the idea of producing craft beer on a larger scale matured. One evening, over a good beer with a restaurateur friend, the details of the project began to materialize. This big dream was about to become reality!!! The location was chosen! A swimming pool!! In fact, this swimming pool was going to become part brewery, and part restaurant. The adventure of 7Peaks Brasserie was born and was formally registered in August 2013. The name “7Peaks” is in reference to the majestic Dents du Midi which can be seen from many beautiful scenic points in the Portes du Soleil ski resort.

Robby and Corinne have a head full of ideas and an extraordinary amount of motivation. The brewery construction also began in August 2013. Equipped with a commercial background, Corinne manages all administrative activities, including sales, customer service, orders booking, as well as maintaining a healthy balance sheet. After spending more than 20 years in Morgins, Corinne has an unconditional love for the region and its inhabitants. And it is for this reason that the brewery just HAD to be in Morgins. Robby, takes care of the more technical part of the brewery. From equipment maintenance and repair, to process and yield improvement. And let’s not forget the brewing… and LOTS of heavy lifting!! .

The brewing system was delivered and installed in Late December, 2013. The first brew was on tap at the Di Vins on January 24th, 2014
